Their team has been responsive and proactive, meeting with me as needed to ensure the reporting tools are customized and easy to use. They provide clear guidance on downloading reports and offer helpful instructional videos directly in the dashboard, making the platform very user-friendly. A key advantage has been their ability to build a custom report that calculates our weighted average inventory cost at month-end — a capability our previous software did not offer. Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] has been exceptionally patient, friendly, and supportive throughout the process. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. Cons I experienced a bit of a learning curve when transitioning from our previous software to this platform. While some of that may simply come from adjusting to a new system, I also find that a few screens feel somewhat busy, which took additional time to get used to. Overall, once familiar with the interface, the workflow became much smoother. The ability to provide ongoing support and white glove service sets SKU Compass apart from any other inventory management software Cons nothing comes to mind but the eventuality of using this platform to check wholesale/retail velocity would be a great next step. Once we rolled out multiple sales channels and multiple inventory locations, it became a bear to manage. SKU Compass got me out of the spreadsheets and automated the process. Now, I can track inventory for DTC, Amazon, Walmart, etc, all within one platform, without manually updating spreadsheets. Cons Really no complaints. This is nitpicky, because it looks better than a spreadsheet, but the UI could be a little better. Pros SKU Compass is very helpful in viewing Amazon turn rates and inventory levels. We are able to incorporate our 3PL stock, AWD and AMZ stock all in one view, which even Amazon makes us toggle between AWD and AMZ stock. Cons We have a number of listings that aren't active anymore that kind of bog down our view. I believe there is a manual way to remove them from view, but it would be nice to have a view of only listings that have a sale within xx amount of days. He makes an effort to really understand my goals and my business and then guides me through the steps needed to help me reach those goals. He is patient and knowledgeable. I trust him completely! Running out of stock or inaccurately forecasting sales velocity and PO's can be a huge headache and lead to losing or misspending a lot of your cash flow. Pros We love using SKU Compass to make our future PO planning easier and more insightful. SKU Compass allows us to know exactly where we stand with our inventory and our future PO's and for us that is invaluable!
