Easy to use and good overview of both status and team. Fast support over teamviewer with support when we needed help.

Pros

Easy to use, everyone could start use it directly. It saved us a lot of time and team was up and running directly.

Cons

So far nothing to complain about. We know there is some integrations and functions coming in near future, that will be great
