Sorto has completely transformed the way our team works! From the moment we started using it, everything just clicked. The platform is incredibly intuitive, beautifully designed, and genuinely makes our daily operations feel more organized and efficient. Tasks that used to be frustrating are now simple and even enjoyable. The time we've saved is amazing, and the overall experience has exceeded our expectations in the best way possible.

Pros

The best thing about Sorto is how much easier it makes everything! The user experience is fantastic — clean layout, smooth navigation, and powerful automation that actually works. It keeps our team connected and focused, and we’ve noticed a real boost in productivity since we started. Plus, their support team is amazing — always helpful, quick, and genuinely invested in our success. Sorto has quickly become a tool we can’t imagine working without!

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If we had to pick something, it would be that we’d love to see even more customization options in reporting and dashboards. The existing tools work great, but having a bit more flexibility to tailor data views to our needs would make an already excellent platform even better. Thankfully, Sorto seems to be constantly evolving, so we’re hopeful it’s on the way!

The portal is really easy to use and beautiful dashboard where you can see everything that's happening, the best thing is how easy and adaptable they are to changing things and adding features to your requests

Cons

That it hasn't got an app available from app store for contractors otherwise nothing really I could say

Pros

The whole system how it just keeps track of everything. And very easy to use for a larger management company.

Cons

Nothing. It's really great. And whenever I wanted some amendments, they were always happy to help out.

I’m very impressed with Sorto. It’s simple and intuitive to use, which makes it easy to integrate into daily workflows without the need for extensive training. The platform is well thought out, and everything from logging jobs to tracking progress is streamlined and efficient. When contractors use Sorto properly and consistently, it truly transforms the way we work. Communication becomes seamless, job tracking is clear, and everything is in one place. It eliminates a lot of the back-and-forth and manual follow-ups, making the entire process smoother and more productive.

Pros

Sorto is a robust and well-designed tool for managing repairs at scale. It’s efficient, comprehensive, easy to use, and a significant time-saver for teams juggling multiple jobs. When fully adopted, it transforms the way repair work is tracked, managed, and delivered, resulting in smoother operations, greater accountability, and improved service quality.

Cons

While Sorto has the potential to significantly improve contractor management, its success hinges on full adoption and consistent use by all parties involved. A major drawback arises when contractors treat the system as optional or secondary.
