Proctoring is the reason the results can be trusted, so it's required on our standard assessments, but we can help you make it feel smoother: the specific signals tracked are adjustable per test, and setting candidate expectations upfront in your invite makes a real difference to how it's received. It's also worth knowing that only you as the administrator can access a candidate's recording, through a private link. And thank you for the note about getting insight into how a candidate thinks. On pricing: for a small team, that concern is completely fair, and it's why we built Equip to be pay-per-use rather than subscription-based. You buy credits when you need them, they don't expire, and you can use the ATS, assessments, and AI interviews separately rather than paying for a bundle you don't need. Streamlining hiring while keeping the evaluation objective is the whole point of Equip, and knowing it's saving you real time against traditional screening is why we do this. Additionally, Equip gives a lot of insights apart from the mere test score which enhances the reliability of the platform. Cons A couple of things where we see a scope of improvement is the trust score methodology, the parameters for which are not yet clear. Additionally, in the proctoring, if we want to review we should be able to view a few clips with video and voice together instead of images and voice notes in isolation. Screening candidates is what takes the most amount of time. Recruiter has to pick up the phone, call them and ask a bunch of questions. At best a recruiter can do may be 30 new calls in a day. Most of these candidates do not turn out to be good either. With equip, 1. We configure a bunch of questions and evaluation criteria against a job. 2. Do a quick resume screen and send the AI interview to the candidates 3. The candidates can take the AI interview when they are free (within a time limit). It takes them like 20 minutes to do this. 4. The AI transcribes the video and evaluates against your criteria and gives a nice scorecard. 5. We speak to the candidate if they cross 70% or more and we like how they express themselves. Their in app support is great too. They respond quickly if you are stuck with something. This scales well - each interview costs you a dollar and I think its worth it - we are able to do reduce the time taken to screen by a lot.
