The plugin easily handles all the forms I need while keeping my WordPress site running smoothly. What really seals the deal is their customer support—they are incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you solve any custom configuration issues quickly. It is rare to find such an affordable, robust product paired with such dedicated, human support. Pros It is incredibly cheap for how powerful it is. It's surprisingly light and fast for a WordPress form plugin, meaning it doesn't bloat my site at all. On top of that, the customer support team is outstanding and always ready to help. Cons There are so many features and options to customize that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. It takes a short learning curve to navigate all the settings, but that flexibility is ultimately a huge plus once you get used to it.
