Die wichtigen Sachen sind im normalen Betrieb einfach zu bedienen und die Kartenzahlung ist direkt mit der Kasse verbunden. Für einen kleinen Betrieb spart das Zeit, besonders wenn man als Inhaber selbst mitarbeitet und gleichzeitig viele andere Sachen machen muss. Pros Für unseren kleinen Betrieb ist wichtig, dass die Kasse nicht noch mehr Arbeit macht. Mit POSSUM können wir Bestellungen aufnehmen, Rechnungen machen und Kartenzahlungen annehmen, ohne mehrere verschiedene Systeme zu brauchen. Gut finde ich auch, dass ich die Tagesumsätze schnell sehen kann und nach Feierabend nicht alles noch einmal selbst zusammenrechnen muss. Cons Es gibt viele Funktionen, die wir in unserem kleinen Betrieb eigentlich gar nicht brauchen. Manche Einstellungen findet man nicht sofort, wenn man sie nur selten benutzt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man die Oberfläche noch stärker vereinfachen und Dinge ausblenden kann, die man nicht benötigt. Pros sehr einfache bedienung des systems und einfach zu lernen. die mitarbeiter mögen kassensystem sehr. und kartenzahlung ist sehr gut für unsere kunden Cons am anfang war bisschen schwierig reinzukommen für mitarbeiter weil andere system war gewohnt. aber insgesamt jetzt ist super einfach. einfacher als davor mit andere anbieter.
