Our overall experience with Easy Wiki has been excellent. It’s a well-thought-out product that simplifies knowledge management and boosts collaboration. We’ve used it to replace scattered SharePoint pages, Teams files, and Confluence content with one unified, searchable source of truth. The built-in PDF export, version tracking, and status indicators (e.g., "needs update", "reviewed") are features we didn’t know we needed until we had them. Support from the Rocketta team has been responsive and helpful throughout our implementation.

Pros

Easy Wiki for SharePoint is incredibly intuitive and fits seamlessly into our Microsoft 365 environment. The keyword search is blazing fast and the tree navigation makes it easy for our team to browse structured content. I also appreciate the multilingual support – especially the automatic language detection and switching, which is a real bonus for our international colleagues. The tagging and metadata integration helps keep everything well-organized without extra effort. Finally, I was impressed by how well it handles both manual and AI-generated content, making it a true hybrid solution.

Cons

There’s very little to complain about, but the initial setup required some planning around our term store and permissions. While the documentation is solid, a few more video tutorials would’ve helped onboard editors even faster. Also, while the AI integration is a major plus, its context understanding for deeply technical topics can still be hit or miss.
