experience with Resilience has been outstanding from the very beginning. Both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring our success. \[sensitive content hidden\] scheduled multiple meetings with our team, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and provide clear, effective training on how to use the system. Their patience and willingness to help made the implementation process seamless. \[sensitive content hidden\] has also gone above and beyond by regularly checking in with us and even stopping by in person to see how everything was going and to ensure we had the support we needed. That level of customer service and commitment has truly exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our experience so far and look forward to continuing our partnership with the Resilience team.

Pros

new resilience is extremely user friendly and has many training videos if needed, It also provides you that ability to build out custom fields your company may need.

Cons

Not too many cons. If I had to give one, I guess it would be certain customizations not available in the tier, we are in.

We are impressed that New Resilience is available by phone, email and text to answer our start up questions.

Pros

As the director of our outreach team, I understand the value of keeping accurate and timely data. Our clients are important to us and we need to make sure we have their accurate data in our CRM. New Resilience eases this process by offering a way to snap of a photo of business cards and entering the data. AI also fills in important information saving us time to look it up and enter. I also understand the value of accountability. We can pull weekly activity reports from New Resilience to track our progress with outreach calls, visits, conferences, calls, emails, texts etc. Along with our admissions team, we can track inquiries, referrals and admissions with AI helping us along the way to safe time and money.

Cons

No outreach person really wants to take the time to enter data. So, we have to make time in our busy days for data entry into New Resilience.
