Member Lounge is highly user-friendly, making it easy for both administrators and members to use and grasp quickly. A major deciding factor was the superior setup of the Resource Library, which is great because it allows us to restrict resource access and specify permissions based on different membership categories, a functionality we previously lacked. We also value the inclusion of the Discussion Board feature, which was a unique offering not provided by other competitors. Furthermore, the support team is superior; we meet with them regularly, and they consistently address concerns and issues promptly, often resolving them within the same day. Their use of Basecamp for communication has been absolutely wonderful.

Pros

\- User-friendly (easy for admins and members). - Superior Resource Library setup with per-resource permission restrictions for different membership categories. - Discussion board feature (even if not fully utilized yet). - Superior support team (weekly meetings were an option, quick resolution of issues via Basecamp). - The product is always evolving with new features (e.g., they were already working on a conference website and conference app).

Cons

\- Restrictions on customization (for highly specific requests). - Difficulty seeing all member information (membership, payment history, personal details) in one place, requires jumping between pages. - The survey tool is not great (I was hoping to replace Survey Monkey but cannot yet).
