Completely transformed our agency. White label works as advertised, the omnichannel pitch closes deals easily, and the margins at $0.09/min make it our most profitable service line.

Pros

Honestly, Autocalls changed our entire business model. We were a standard marketing agency doing SEO and ads. Now AI voice agents are our number one service and it's all white labeled under our brand. Custom domain, our logo, our Stripe rebilling. Clients pay us directly and have zero clue it's Autocalls behind the scenes. The omnichannel approach is what makes our pitch irresistible. We don't just sell phone AI. We sell voice, WhatsApp, and web chat as one package. For our dental clients, the AI asks about insurance provider, whether it's a cleaning or an emergency, and books the right appointment type. It even tells new patients to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. For our HVAC clients, it captures the issue, asks if they smell gas (emergency routing), gets the address, and books the next slot. For our restaurant clients, it takes reservations with allergy questions and sends a WhatsApp confirmation with the menu. We charge clients $400-600/month depending on the package. Our cost averages $60-90 per client at $0.09/min. With 28 clients, we're doing over $14k MRR from this alone. The $0.09/min all-inclusive pricing is what makes the margins work. No surprise bills from ElevenLabs or OpenAI. Setup for new clients takes about 15 minutes with the no-code wizard. Upload their info, connect their calendar, pick a voice, go live. No developers needed.

Cons

The white label admin panel has a lot of options and it took our team a few days to really understand all the settings. Some of the more advanced configuration is tucked away in submenus. Once you know where everything is it's fine, but there's a learning curve.
