A positive one! There is just the right amount of engagement form your customer success manager. You feel like your ideas and suggestions are taken onboard and you see them reflected in the development of the platform.

Pros

There's always someone there to help and bring your ideas to life! It's a very collaborative relationship, which makes a real difference and has helped us to improve our internal engagement

Cons

There's not enough time/ resource to make everything that you would like to happen. Which is sort of a positive negative! :)

Pros

I really appreciate how accessible this platform is - there are no barriers to entry since it doesn’t require linking to an SSO (although the fact you can link to multiple tenancy's is an added bonus) which makes getting started quick and effortless. While it works brilliantly as an employee communications tool, it goes far beyond that. The depth and intricacy of its features, and the way they integrate seamlessly with one another, truly elevate the employee experience. This thoughtful design not only drives engagement but also creates a dynamic and interactive environment that supports collaboration and connection across your organisations.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t really anything I dislike (as cliché as that sounds). One of the reasons for this is that we work closely with Engage to share ideas and suggest enhancements to existing features. They’re incredibly receptive and treat the relationship as a true partnership, continuously evolving the platform alongside our business needs.

Customer success team always available to help work through how the platform can help with challenges. Support team in the background always willing to take feedback and evolve things as they go and respond to issues.

Pros

It has to be social posting. We have rolled it out across the Group and have seen a 50% increase in engagement with social posts vs a normal post. Having comments from social posts as well as central posts to the right hand side of the news feed is a great way to signpost to posts that may have dropped down the feed.

Cons

A recent release has made some changes to the layouts of the news feed and content management system that are taking some getting used to. I'd like the people look-up search to be more flexible.

We have loved getting to know what we can do with Engage and can't wait to explore it further and are looking forward to making moves to making it our Intranet soon.

Pros

The opportunity it provides for engagement (particularly at this time of the year!) We have been using Engage for our daily Winter Wonder Christmas Trivia where colleagues enter to win a prize every working day of December until Christmas. Winners are announced through Engage along with the next Trivia shared each morning. Engagement has been higher than ever before, with record numbers taking part. It's driven colleagues to the app who have never used it before.

Cons

I have nothing to share here. It's a great tool and hugely intuitive which helps massively for our colleague base.

Pros

The support team offer us a substantial amount of time to get to desired outcomes. They also offer a wide range of expertise to find solutions.

Cons

An easier page template builder in terms of the styling rules would be good but things are improving there.

Excellent to work with. The 2025 campaign delivered a 42% uplift on last year and a 204% increase since 2022. Wouldn't have been possible without Engage.

Pros

Engage have been instrumental in improving our colleague engagement, particularly around peer to peer awards. This year’s campaign introduced badges and cards to prompt nominations, a leaderboard to spark healthy competition, and a shift in focus towards quality and simplicity rather than volume and noise. A single weekly article, pinned and supported by reminders and newsletter headlines, replaced multiple posts to create a cleaner, more engaging experience.

Cons

There's nothing i like least about Engage, they are great to work with and respond to feedback in timely manner.

Our experience with Engage has been fantastic. From the initial setup through ongoing improvements, we’ve been supported every step of the way. The results speak for themselves — we’ve seen a significant increase in engagement, with colleagues actively using forms, liking posts, and contributing through comments

Pros

Engage offers a variety of ways to communicate messages. Since adopting the platform, we’ve been able to share a wide range of posts with our colleagues. The flexibility of using both the app and desktop has made Engage more accessible, helping us reach a broader audience and increase overall engagement

Cons

The forms section could have how to use icons to support so it allows the back office admin user to create forms with more functionality.

Through the use of the Engage platform, we were able to amp up our internal recognition efforts. This meant a YoY 37% increase in private recognition messages sent out through 2024 and 2025. Keeping our entire workforce up-to-date on business changes, charitable initiatives and supporting materials is important, and one of the best ways to do so is to help them interact with the system. That's why we see this metric as a positive.

Pros

It's a feature rich a versatile platform. Their superuser support is responsive through their ticketing system.

Cons

Not all platform revamps are favoured among the user base, and the admin interface is not always the most intuitive. However, Engage is usually good with taking feedback on board and acting on it.

Incredibly positive - a wonderful onboarding experience with dedicated project management and support throughout platform design, content transfer/creation and launching the new platform. Support with forms, user groups and general tech issues has been first-hand, with timely and effective responses.

Pros

The ease of navigating the platform - both CMS and frontend. It's intuitive and user-friendly in many ways, giving colleagues the opportunity to engage with each other's and company content. The customer support from the tech, design and management team.

Cons

It's all been very positive, but a spell-check option in the CMS would be useful. Although using Word is a quick way around this.
