Ich nutze SiteCockpit regelmäßig, um Websites zu überwachen und zu verwalten und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es vereinfacht viele Prozesse, die sonst manuell und zeitaufwendig wären und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerade für Agenturen oder Website-Betreiber mit mehreren Projekten ist es eine echte Arbeitserleichterung.

Pros

SiteCockpit punktet mit einer sehr übersichtlichen Benutzeroberfläche und intuitiver Navigation. Besonders praktisch finde ich die zentralisierte Verwaltung mehrerer Websites: Man hat alle wichtigen Kennzahlen, Updates und Sicherheitswarnungen auf einen Blick. Die verschiedenen Abos machen es Preisgünstig und Skalierbar. Auch der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent.

Cons

Einige Funktionen sind recht umfangreich und erfordern zu Beginn eine gewisse Einarbeitung. Außerdem könnten die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten an manchen Stellen noch etwas klarer strukturiert sein, um die Bedienung noch intuitiver zu machen.

Unsere bisherige Erfahrung mit SiteCockpit ist durchweg positiv. Das Tool überzeugt sowohl in der praktischen Anwendung als auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team dahinter. Die Kombination aus Nutzerfreundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und kompetenter Unterstützung schafft Vertrauen und erleichtert unseren Arbeitsalltag spürbar.

Pros

Die Nutzung von SiteCockpit stellt für uns einen klaren Mehrwert bei der Umsetzung der Barrierefreiheitsanforderungen nach dem BFSG dar. Die Implementierung verlief dank der durchdachten und professionellen Struktur äußerst effizient. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der verlässliche Support, der bei Rückfragen stets zeitnah und kompetent zur Verfügung steht. Wir sprechen daher eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aus.

Cons

Mir fallen keine Nachteile beim Nutzen von SiteCockpit ein. Auf Änderungswünsche geht SiteCockpit dankend und gerne ein. Sehr kundenorientiert.

In meinen Augen bietet Sitecockpit ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nachdem ich mir einige andere Lösungen angesehen habe.

Pros

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Lösung für die Barrierefreiheit, nachdem das seit Juni Pflicht ist. Sitecockpit hat eine sehr einfache Integration in den Onlineshop über einen Code oder ein Plugin. Ich habe das in wenigen Minuten erledigen können. Zudem gibt es einige Einstellungen am Widget, wo man es hinhaben möchte, welche Sprachen mit ausgeliefert werden sollen usw.

Cons

Das Onboarding im Backend könnte noch ein bisschen besser sein mit Beschreibungen, was zu tun ist und welche Fehler man zuerst beheben soll. Da sind noch nicht alle Beschreibungen ausführlich.

Wir nutzen SiteCockpit nun schon seit einiger Zeit und bin rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir es auf mehreren Websites einsetzen, die auf unterschiedlichen Systemen basieren – die Einrichtung war überall problemlos möglich.

Pros

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr übersichtlich und intuitiv gestaltet, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet. Besonders gut gefällt mir, wie reibungslos alle Funktionen ineinandergreifen – das spart enorm viel Zeit. Auch der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent, was das Arbeiten mit SiteCockpit noch angenehmer macht.

Cons

Anfangs konnten die Rechnungen nicht per E-Mail zugestellt werden, aber der Support hat das Problem schnell erkannt und zeitnah behoben. Seitdem funktioniert alles einwandfrei.
