The entire team are passionate, supportive and responsive to our needs. Whether they be Customer support related needs or Platform feature developments, updates and improvements. Pros The first time I saw Archlet’s dashboards—the heatmaps, supplier rankings, user-friendly visuals—I realised just how much time we were wasting utilising the traditional methods. Archlet isn’t just dashboards—it becomes a central platform, a single source of truth. No more chasing lost emails or outdated files. Everyone works off the same data, in real-time. Cons There is not much to dislike, if I was asked the same question 12 months ago, it would have been its limitations. However, with our collaborative working alongside the Dev teams in Archlet, and the willingness to improve its capabilities, we have continued to plug the gaps that were missing in the platforms features that we depend on to successfully launch and analyse our RFx's.
