As we grew as a company, it became impossible to manage our tours and logistics through spreadsheets. Travelity came at the perfect time – it helped us centralize everything, reduce human error, and plan our services with precision. Before Travelity, small mistakes like missed employee assignments or unclear guest requests caused frustration. I can confidently say that our operational efficiency has improved by at least 50% since adopting Travelity.

Pros

From an operations perspective, Travelity is an absolute lifesaver. We can assign guides, drivers, and vehicles directly to each service and avoid conflicts and double-bookings. Having the ability to upload and access important documents related to each booking – from guest passports to agreements – in one place has made our internal coordination much smoother. For me it’s absolute plus that it has team management feature and permission system that lets me assign tasks and control who sees what, which is crucial in a growing team.

Cons

Currently it doesn't support outbound tours or flights – but it’s perfect for incoming and local tour operators.

Finding the right software was a critical decision for us. We needed something that could scale with us, improve our workflow, and reduce delays in communication. Travelity delivered all that. I’ve personally noticed an increase in our conversion rate and team accountability. We respond faster, communicate clearer, and manage our resources better.

Pros

For the past two years, our company has been searching for a platform that understands the day-to-day needs of local tour operators. We tested several systems — including some of the most popular ones — but they were either too complex or lacked the flexibility we needed. Travelity stood out immediately because it’s clearly designed with incoming tourism in mind, especially for those managing group and private tours. I also appreciated the onboarding process — the support team guided us step by step, from registering our products to setting up pricing and making our first bookings. They were always available and responsive, and even organized additional training sessions for our team based on our specific needs.

Cons

Once you start using Travelity, you won’t want to look at any other system. Seriously, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it

As a sales agent handling a lot of requests daily, Travelity helps me respond faster and better. It reduced the chaos and follow-ups, and improved our response time and client satisfaction.

Pros

Travelity helps me manage my leads, bookings, and availability in one place. The smart pricing tools save me so much time – I don’t have to calculate anything manually. I can instantly check my tours' availability and make bookings within minutes. The interface is clean and logical - I don't even need much training.

Cons

The only thing I miss is the payment integration – we still handle this process externally. However, I’m happy to know that this feature is in their pipeline.
