My overall experience was professional, respectful, smooth, and well organized. I don’t know yet whether we’ll have the opportunity to work together, but my first impression was genuinely positive. The interview process gave me confidence in the company and left me with a very good feeling.

Pros

appreciated how quickly they responded to my initial professional inquiry. The entire process was clear, well organized, and professionally structured from start to finish. I was also pleasantly surprised by their AI interviewer, Zara. For my first AI interview, the interaction felt natural and surprisingly accurate.

Cons

So far, I haven’t found anything I didn’t like. This was my first experience with Micro1, and so far I haven’t encountered anything I could consider a negative aspect.

Everything, his IA is very good, the experience was quite impressive since IA knew perfectly what I was saying and replied to me.

It's in the very beginning stage, but until now, the whole experience is good. I had a problem with the chatbot (first interview), but it was fixed. The support is very helpful.

Pros

Very straightforward platform. The AI interview bot is amazing. The whole process of onboarding and interview was smooth and easy to handle.

Cons

Nothing. My feelings are totally positive about micro1. As the process is extremely automated, it's hard to find something bad. At least in my point of view, everything is OK.
