The ability to set very specific and detailed rules around price change behaviours is a game changer. As is the ability to test margin sensitivity and impact on sales volume. The integration with Shopify is seamless, meaning data syncs effortlessly. Truly impressive work has been done to scrape competitor prices cleanly, repeatably and reliably. The margin protection function allows me to insist on a base level of profitability; this is also customisable and can be split into different ranges with their own rules.
