Growing a Field selling team from 6 to >25 is pretty daunting, introducing new systems whilst doing so is extra daunting. But the rollout of LB could not have been smoother, the value was clear from day 1, and it continues to be a crucial part of our day to day processes.

Pros

The ease and speed of usage for our reps. The responsiveness and customer support provided by HQ. Truly game-changing.

Cons

Honestly, Very little. Excited to see how far it can go in the next 6/12/18 months and beyond. Keep it up.

I highly recommend Leadbeam!! The app is so helpful with tracking my activity and pipeline. It makes logging any new activity very easy and quick. I love that it connects seamlessly with my salesforce account. It truly saves me so much time and effort. Can’t recommend enough!! The customer support is also amazing!

Incredible experience! Highly recommend for any field sales role! Streamlines the prospecting and routing process.

Pros

Incredible tool. Makes it very easy to prospect my accounts and similar businesses not in my BoB with its mapping tool.

Cons

It is still a new tool that will find additional features and integrations helpful in the future. Like adding some cadence and marketing features to easily connect with prospects on the spot.

Overall, my experience with Leadbeam has been very positive. It’s intuitive, integrates well with Salesforce, and significantly reduces admin work. While there are occasional connectivity issues, it’s been a helpful and efficient tool in my day-to-day workflow.

Pros

Very easy to use and well integrated with Salesforce. Being able to link all relevant information and automatically log activities has helped reduce manual admin work and save time.

Cons

Occasionally fails to connect with Google Maps or open routes properly. It also requires repeated permission prompts to access Salesforce, which can be disruptive.

Leadbeam is so so helpful for logging info in SF while in field. It cuts down so much time doing admin work, and makes it way easier to log random drop-ins that I may have come across in the field which were not initially planned.

Pros

Love the ability to pull in my list of accounts as well as Fitness&Wellness venues in areas that I am going to that may not be in SF.

Cons

That I can't access it on a desktop right now! Need this feature for pre-call planning. Would be so much easier to create routes if I could see the map on my monitor.

My overall experience with Leadbeam has been pleasant, exciting, and innovative. I am saving time, having more targeted and efficient field days, and reduced admin time.

Pros

As a field sales rep, Leadbeam helps me in a variety of areas. I cover all of DFW, a major metroplex, so planning my routes and accounts can be overwhelming and time consuming. Leadbeam allows me to geographically plan my days while also helping me prospect nearby accounts that aren't in Salesforce. My post field day admin work always took a few hours, and now with Leadbeam, I can easily log my drop ins on the go!

Cons

I would consider myself tech savvy, but I am still trying to figure out a lot of these advanced features such as voice commands, adding opportunities/contacts right from Leadbeam, etc. Also, I have noticed that some of the businesses that Leadbeam pulls on the map are outdated/permanently closed businesses.

Pros

LeadBeam immediately saved me 4+ hours a week on basic admin tasks! With that extra time, I'm able to focus on connecting with more prospects and creating higher value outreach. At this point, I can't imagine going back to the process I had before LeadBeam.

Cons

Some minor lags in lead creation, but it wasn't a real issue. Overall the product is a huge value add.

Overall experience has been exceptional, optimizing routes, salesforce integration for notes and drops in and simultaneously prospecting is increasing my effectiveness in the field.

Pros

Leadbeam is very easy to use and intuitive which made it simple to get up and running quickly. I like having it integrated with salesforce, it makes field days so much more efficient and organized. Being able to prospect simultaneously is a gamer changer for sale as well.

Cons

I would like a desktop version for admin days. While the platform works amazing in the field for quick updates, having a fully optimized desktop version would be helpful and efficient.

Leadbeam is the definition of leveraging AI to optimize field sales...the UI is lightyears beyond the competition and you never feel left in the dark due to the hands-on support. It's mind boggling to me that companies are using anything other than Leadbeam in field sales...it's the best platform I've ever encountered. I think the key componenet of leadbeam that causes it to win is strategic setup in the beginning and ongoing maintenance that's offered by their team.

Pros

Ease of use, configuration with CRM was seamless, hands-on support for any needs. This application was truly designed for field sales and some features could even be implemented for inside sales. The capabilities are far beyond competitors and support is immediate/hands-on.

Cons

Not many cons aside from expected maintenance with any new application for field sales. However, in my experience I would get slack direct messages from Leadbeam support the moment anything went wrong, and the fix was borderline immediate.

After almost a decade in field sales, I can confidently say LeadBeam is the most impactful app I’ve ever used in my day-to-day work. The route creation alone has saved me an incredible amount of time and mental energy—what used to take planning and guesswork is now fast and effortless. The Salesforce integration is seamless and genuinely feels like a dream; everything stays up to date without extra steps or duplicate work. LeadBeam helps me stay organized, efficient, and focused on selling instead of logistics.

Cons

Honestly, very little. Like any tool, there’s a small learning curve at the beginning, but once you’re up and running, the value becomes obvious very quickly. Any minor adjustments are far outweighed by the daily time savings.

i loved being part of the pilot and hope we can introduce this to the whole field sales team! i think this will make every rep incredibly productive

i really enjoyed the ease of use as well as the time savings! i was able to give myself at least 1-2 hours per day back from streamlining my admin work.

app would lag a bit but nothing to the point of affecting how the product works. outide of that i was very happy with the product.
