I have literally been through every CRM software to help manage my business, and ClearCRM is the one that helps me carry out every part of my client management needs daily. The customer service is the most responsive one to date, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are set up for success! There is minimal learning curve to get set up and you can literally tailor it to any business you need it for! Im just so glad my search for a GREAT software is over. It has replaced: asana, mindbodyonline, and noterro. Add up the cost of that and it is a no brainer.

Pros

Incredible value for the money! A robust software with everything you need under one roof. I can manage all of my client acquisitions under one roof! I can easily connect to all my calendars under one roof, I can read and reply to my emails from inside the software! It's everything mindbodyonline and hubspot are, at a affordable price for the solopreneurs and small businesses!

Cons

I hate that i didn't find it sooner! I could have saved myself so much time on the softwares that ALMOST cut it, but was missing vital piece of my lead management needs. But outside of that, the company is new and has a perfect baseline for all your business management needs. Some features are more basic than others, but customer service has already stated that they are working on adding and upgrading features frequently! And they listen to their customers requests! No black hole of request emails that never make it to the light!

mindbodyonline was too expensive to profit and take advantage of all the modern features my business would benefit from. pipelinepro and zoho were both satisfactory, but wer missing at least one element i was interested in (one didnt have access to email, one was harder to integrate a team without a bunch of upcharges
