Overall, really pleased so far and customer support has been great with helping me get set up. Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\], he's the best and gave me some tips on how to setup BlueSuite for cleaning businesses, use it effectively for managing schedule, and set up recurring payments.

Pros

Great software, easily worth twice what they charge. I can manage all the logistics of a job, scheduling, expenses, and send invoices and collect payment from the app. The quotes and invoices are customized with my branding, and I can send a customer the link via text, which is really convenient for people. I use both the app and the web version.

Cons

There are a lot of features and I feel like I'm not even using half of them. More manuals would be great so I could learn how to use the more advanced features.

My wife is a housekeeper and I run the backend of her business. We ended up not using many of BlueSuite's features, but that was due to our changing needs and her wanting to downsize her clientele. We have a lot of experience with the invoicing and QuickBooks Integration parts, and some experience with the calendar. The customer management, products and services, and invoicing were seamless, and while we never got to try out the other features, I'm confident they would have been very useful to us.

Pros

The customer service is fantastic. I have always received answers to my questions quickly, and the demo with their team was very helpful. I found the invoicing process very clean and our clients also liked it over other invoicing systems they had interacted with.

Cons

There were a few small kinks to be worked out, but that's a given with any startup. Simple things like needing to reload the page after clicking sign-in before it actually shows me the account dashboard, or pages loading slowly. I'm confident those issues will go away over time, but they're very minor inconveniences.

BlueSuite has helped streamline operations and reduce the number of tools we need to run the business. Between the pricing, feature set, and support, it’s been a strong return on investment.

Pros

BlueSuite offers excellent value for money. It includes invoicing, scheduling, customer management, and payments at a price that makes sense for small service businesses. Customer support has been great; responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up.

Cons

Some advanced features take a little time to fully explore, but that’s mostly because the platform does a lot in one place.
