Camp Legal offers many advantages, and the team is always responsive to feedback and questions, which makes the platform continually improve. Pros I work remotely, and Camp Legal makes client data collection much easier for me. It also assists significantly with form preparation. The case chat feature is extremely useful as well, as it provides a focused and efficient way to communicate within each case. Cons There are several features that feel a bit disconnected and could work better if integrated. For example, the calculator could automatically add the calculated date to Google Calendar or create a task directly. The task feature itself is helpful, but it would be even better if it included sound alerts or notifications to ensure follow-up. Pros Camplegal has been an essential platform for our firm. Thanks to it, case transitions between attorneys have become much smoother through it case-tracking features. Our procesing time has significantly decreased due to its autofill function for forms, and the integration of AI tools has greatly reduced the time we spend on research. I'd like to give an honorable mention to the platform's customer service team. They work efficiently, quickly, seamlessly, and with exceptional kindness. Cons Working across multiple platforms woul make things even easier. We feel that Camplegal doesn't yet offer enough multi-platform integrations, also, the autofil function for the DS-160/DS-260 forms it's not updated and doesn't work anymore, but aside from that, we have no other observations about the service. It keeps our office organized in every way. Clients cannot complain that they are unable to reach us due to access to messages and texts via their client portal. It also sends automatic updates and reminders to clients about their cases.. Pros What stands out with CL is the focus on immigration. It tracks the visa bulletin, auto-fills DS-260 and other forms, case tracking, texts to clients, etc. It is very versatile and has everything a firm would need, including time tracking if needed. Customer service is always there, and they are always improving. Cons The onboarding wasn't perfect and can be expensive. We lost some information in the transition. It also takes time to learn. There are many options and little buttons you have to be aware of, and even though there are a ton of tutorial videos, there are a ton because there a lot of buttons. I like all the info you can see at a glance about the case Cons wish it had folders connected to the case - we have to use Google drive. wish law pay which is affiliated with it was less expensive - wish it linked with quickbooks. I don't like that you have to add the beneficiary and petitioner separately even if they're the same person - it won't update the forms correctly unless you do that.
