They are also very responsive even though I had a million questions, and we were able to be approved for S/EIS in about a month! The paperwork and platform that coordinates signing of documents is impressive too, as are the expertise of the team and founders. Highly recommend! Pros Such incredible value and RESULTS! We were able to have a large variety of questions answered, and even hop on calls with people when necessary. Cons We did need to have a few customizations done that took some manual labor, but as its a newer platform that is understandable. Cons Would be great in the future if the FC platform had more products and services. Basically, the more I can do through FC rather than going elsewhere, the better. They secured our SEIS approval from HMRC and have helped us close two investment rounds; Pre-Seed and an agile investment round. We were new to this and we'd have been lost with FC. Not just the platform itself, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team who are always there for us, for our questions, and for our suggestions on improvements. They're the absolute best and I recommend them to every new startup founder I meet; no referral commissions needed, they're just that good. Pros Raising investment is hard, the legals are even harder, FC saved us so much time, money and stress. From getting SEIS Advance Assurance, to closing the paperwork on a couple of investment rounds, they've been behind us all the way. From the platform, to the incredible support, they've literally been the backbone of our startup investment process. Cons A few minor niggles early on, but the team is incredibly responsive and helped us navigate. We asked them to do a few things that were perhaps out of the ordinary that the platform couldn't do 'out of the box', but they helped us get them done, then took that learning to improve their platform and documentation. I highly recommend any early stage startup to use them. They meet every requirement you need at that stage. Pros Obviously, the value for money is important, especially for an early-stage founder, but the customer support and the network that goes behind Founder Catalyst is fantastic. The technology makes life a lot easier, but there's always a human behind should you get concerned or worried about anything. Cons Not much really. Cons I didn't like how nobody else seems to realise how affordable they are!?! I go to a lot of founder meet-ups and everyone else seems to be paying more for a worse service!?
