Une équipe au top, à l'écoute et toujours présente pour nous aider à optimiser la solution. Ils ont été de super conseil pour qu'on démarre rapidement et pour trouver le bon angle d'attaque.

Pros

Solution hyper facile à mettre en place, l'équipe s'est occupé de tout. L'efficacité de la solution est incroyable, j'ai vu mes avis augmenter dès le 1er mois !

Cons

Rien de particulier à signaler. Il faudrait peut-être des fonctionnalités un peu plus poussée pour analyser les avis google reçus, mais franchement c'est déjà top.

Has a very good experience so far. Great marketing results. ( ranking, customer return and increase of referall inscripton ) Enjoy the customer succes management.

Pros

Quick to set up. First results came in fast. Proven ROI within 2 months. Truly a nice-to-have that quickly becomes a must-have.

Cons

Would like to see more automatization. Price is good but sms a bit expensive. I would like to see degressive price according to the number of store.

Globalement super content de la solution. C'est un super rapport qualité/prix et ça me fait gagner du temps au quotidien.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation. Tout est prêt en 5 minutes et j'ai réussi à collecter plein d'avis 5 étoiles sans rien faire. L'équipe a été super dispo pour nous accompagner et nous aider à trouver les bonnes mécaniques à mettre en œuvre. Franchement assez bluffant.

Cons

Il y a beaucoup de fonctionnalités annexes et utiles, donc ça demande de rentrer dans le logiciel pour pouvoir en exploiter tout le potentiel.
