Toujours à la pointe des actualités du monde du travail, des enjeux du future of work notamment en learning et diversité et inclusion! Dans un état d'esprit constructif et à l'écoute du client.

Je ne vois rien de particulier. Peut-être élargir le champ avec d'autres enjeux plus métier par exemple.

The extensive range of content available in their e-learning modules and the seamless overall user experience. Additionally, interacting with the Kokoroe team has always been straightforward, and they are exceptionally responsive

While it is perfect for gaining an initial understanding of specific topics, the short e-learning capsules do not always allow for a more in-depth exploration of the subject matter.

Le partenariat avec Kokoroé s'écrit depuis plusieurs années. Nous collaborons sur plusieurs formations, essentiellement orientées sur le D&I. Les formations sont très appréciées !

Pros

Les contenus sont très attractifs: format court, fun qui donne envie de s'engager jusqu'au bout dans la formation !

Cons

C'est l'inconvénient de l'avantage ;-) : le format des formations est court, on peut avoir besoin dans certains cas de contenus plus approfondis.

Notre expérience avec Kokoroe est très positive. Nous avons été particulièrement bien accompagnés par l’équipe pédagogique, à l’écoute de nos besoins et force de proposition dans le choix et l’adaptation des modules. Les contenus proposés répondent pleinement à nos attentes et s’intègrent efficacement dans notre stratégie de développement des compétences. J’apprécie tout particulièrement les rencontres entre pairs organisées par Kokoroe. Ce sont des moments d’échange riches et inspirants, dont je repars toujours avec de nouvelles idées à proposer et à intégrer pour Assystem.

Pros

Depuis 2 à 3 ans, nous collaborons avec Kokoroe pour proposer une offre soft skills efficace, fun et dynamique à nos collaborateurs. Leurs modules e-learning de 15 à 20 minutes, courts et impactants, s’intègrent facilement dans le quotidien professionnel. Ils favorisent l’engagement, dynamisent l’utilisation de notre plateforme et encouragent chacun à devenir acteur de son parcours de développement.

Cons

Peu de points négatifs à souligner. Le modèle de location des modules peut représenter un certain coût dans la durée, mais il reste cohérent au regard de la qualité des contenus et de l’accompagnement proposé par Kokoroe. L’équipe reste par ailleurs très réactive en cas d’ajustement nécessaire.

Nice and easy relationship right from the start ; the team is customer centered and connected to its environment. A team that is always ready to take on new challenges and diversify its offerings (e.g. their calendar for marketing a training campaign). Never any pressure and lots of empathy regarding customers situation.

Pros

Kokoroe is one of the few, if not the only, content provider to design its modules around engaging storytelling, granularity adapted to new uses and the attention economy, and an add-on of resources that increases its value proposition.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult for any suppliers to customise their offerings, Kokoroe has a huge on the shelf offer addressing different needs ; nevertheless at Kokoroe, there is always the possibility of developing tailor-made solutions.

On travaille avec Kokoroe depuis 2017. Nous avons un partenariat autour de formations sur étagère, que nous renouvelons chaque année. Kokoroe est force de proposition, tant sur les capsules qui fonctionnent le mieux que sur les nouveautés en matière de formation et les actualités du moment. Nous travaillons également avec Kokoroe depuis deux ans sur des projets de conception de formation. Grâce à leur approche innovante et ludique, nous avons pu mettre en place un calendrier de l’Avent ainsi qu’un escape game digitalisé. Cela a permis de rendre l’expérience des apprenants plus engageante et enrichissante. Les collaborateurs sont plus que ravis de ces e-learnings.

Pros

Ce que j’apprécie le plus chez Kokoroe, ce sont leurs formations sur étagère, proposées au format cours et toujours en lien avec des sujets d’actualité. J’aime aussi leur approche innovante en termes de pédagogie : c’est ludique, engageant et efficace.

Cons

Le caractère assez généraliste des capsules peut parfois générer de la frustration, car on souhaiterait approfondir davantage les sujets.
