It has been easy to use, easy to onboard and switch over from my previous EHR, all thanks to the excellent customer service. Pros PracticePicnic has been my dream EHR. Simple, efficient and effective, if not flashy. An excellent value, with EXCELLENT customer service. Cons There’s really not much. There are some small features that would be nice—an amalgamated activity log for documents and payments and appointments and such. But truly I wouldn’t even say I’m frustrated or disappointed by this lack. It is an excellent software that I’m sure will only improve more so.
