Excellent. Great customer service. Any issue is responded to promptly and addressed promptly and politely.

Pros

It’s a great price! And… I love that I have direct access to the developer and that my suggestions are heard and implemented. I get great customer service whenever I have questions or run into a problem. Although the original lens are very few!

Cons

I wish it had an app on my phone. That would make things easier. However I have always been able to do what I need to do.

Wonderful, easy to use and affordable! I'm very happy with the features and functionality of Practicepicnic for my private practice.

Pros

I find the platform very easy to use and intuitive. The price is very affordable and I have all the features that I need for my small counseling business. Customer support has been great!

Cons

I have no complaints at all about the platform. It's supplying all of my needs for the work that I do.

10/10. It has been easy to use, easy to onboard and switch over from my previous EHR, all thanks to the excellent customer service.

Pros

PracticePicnic has been my dream EHR. Simple, efficient and effective, if not flashy. An excellent value, with EXCELLENT customer service.

Cons

There’s really not much. There are some small features that would be nice—an amalgamated activity log for documents and payments and appointments and such. But truly I wouldn’t even say I’m frustrated or disappointed by this lack. It is an excellent software that I’m sure will only improve more so.
