Cons

Pros

Reliable and accurate platform, allows you to efficiently model the conversation, track the performance, and improve it. Great customer support, and HIPAA compliance.

Cons

UI could be better, sometimes it is not clear what functionalities the platform has. But still a fast learning curve.

\- Very intuitive to use. - Works out of the box - Very supportive and responsive team - Very high success rate of calls

Pros

I liked how Leaping AI made customer calls faster and more efficient with natural-sounding voicebots

Cons

The initial setup took some time, and it required a bit of technical support to fully integrate.But otherwise everything is very complete.
