This allows us to use a product that’s maintained for both security and feature-driven updates, so new features and improvements are released without us having to manage it ourselves. Pros We’ve used AddCal for our webinar events for almost two years now and have had the best experience. Their customer support is quick to respond and attentive to our requests. As an accessibility consulting firm, we need our website and tools to comply with WCAG standards, and the AddCal team has taken that seriously. They addressed the many accessibility barriers we identified in newer features and remediated the issues promptly. Overall, the tool’s features are comparable to those of competitors, but at about half the cost. Cons We hope they will become SOC2 Type II certified soon, offer more customization for the email templates (HTML), and allow us to edit the language of all text throughout the platform. Pros Love the ease of use to set up events and calendars. It makes all of our events so much better because our participants can add our live events to their calendars! Cons There isn't anything we can think of at this time that we don't like about AddCal. We really truly like all of the features that they have. This software is exactly what I was looking for, and I didn't even know it existed! Cons There isn't anything I did not like. At the beginning, I was scared to make mistakes, but it would have been the same with any other software, I guess!
