Easy to handle and create scenario for conversation. AI follow instructions step by step by answering basic customer questions.

Cons

Sometimes zaapi answer too bombastic and too advance sentences. AI cannot captured keywords and answer

Still learning as im still a newbiy using this app. Overall is fun and good but still need to monitor the AI as they are still under training period because sometime they not behave as expected.

Pros

It really help and minimize our time to handle customer message faster especially for FAQ and basic enquiry.

Cons

Sometime AI doesnt trigger correctly based on keyword and chat get assigned to agent even when I want AI handle the enquiry first.

Can compile all social media enquirer in 1 place. Easy for managing all the enquiries in 1 place for monitoring customer behaviour

Very convenience. Their customer support team also very helpful. They guide us to rectify all the issues

Cannot use at WeChat n XHS at the moment. If all the social medias and market place enquiry can compile together, it will be awesome

Super helpful with our daily ecommerce tasks, our account manager is also very responsive and helpful with our inquiries

Overall, our experience with Zaapi has been great. We look forward to further improving our performance and efficiency as we continue to explore and optimise the platform.

Pros

Zaapi is very easy to use, especially for beginners. The AI function is a big plus for us and saves a lot of time by handling the first layer of customer replies in the funnel. It helps streamline communication and improves response efficiency.

Cons

There were minor integration issues, but the team was responsive and quick to provide solutions. While the AI helps with first-layer responses, it still requires monitoring to ensure tone accuracy and proper handling of more complex customer queries. We are still in the learning phase, so we expect performance and efficiency to improve as we become more familiar with the system.

As a CX Rep, which involves both support and sales, I need to field new enquiries all day from a number of different channels as well as send follow-ups to clients for both aftersales and pre-sales. Doing that in email, WhatsApp etc… directly can get really confusing, but with Zaapi I’ve got everything well-organised in one place, which makes my job infinitely easier.

Pros

I’ve been a Customer Experience Rep for a number of years and have used a bunch of tools like Zendesk, Gorgias and Sleekflow over the years. While I suppose they all have their strengths and weaknesses, I’ve really loved the user experience of Zaapi the best, which is really smooth and intuitive. It also comes with all the features that I value as a CX rep including Quick Replies, CRM integration (Shopify in this case), case notes, internal collaboration tools, filtered inboxes, a nice mobile app etc… so I really couldn’t ask for more. Would warmly recommend!

Cons

Nothing much to dislike at the moment. While it's still a new product, I believe there will be more features and integration to be introduced in the future.

Overall, Zaapi has streamlined our multi-channel customer communication and improved operational clarity. It’s a reliable, scalable platform that supports automation without sacrificing human oversight and strong support team. Good value for teams managing complex support workflows.

Pros

Zaapi centralises WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and live chat into one clean interface, which significantly improves team visibility and response time. The automation and flow builder are powerful yet intuitive, allowing us to create structured workflows for common queries (recommendations, order support, sizing). Assignment, tagging, and reporting features make it easy to manage workload across a growing team. Setup was straightforward, and the support team is responsive and solution-oriented.

Cons

Some areas (e.g., email attribution and edge-case routing logic) could benefit from clearer visibility and more granular controls. Minor UI refinements would further improve efficiency for high-volume teams. But the team is responsive and open to improvements and are currently working on them as we speak.

Overall, the app works well and is easy to use. The support team is responsive, helpful, and always willing to guide, which makes the onboarding and daily usage much smoother.

Pros

I was looking for an app that could integrate all my social media and marketplace channels, and Zaapi turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s beginner-friendly and makes using AI feel seamless and easy.

Cons

I actually wish it could support social media chats and comment management as well, as this would make it a more complete all-in-one solution for businesses managing multiple platforms.

Pros

I like that Zaapi is easy to use and set up, making the initial setup process very simple. I appreciate the omni chat consolidation and AI chat replies feature, which helps me see all my platforms in one view and effectively replies to chats as a first cut. The AI is effective in clearing most chats, which saves me and my team time.

Cons
