For the moment it exceeds my expectations, it has very useful features that I did not find in other similar platforms.

Pros

What I like most is that it has many features, it is very complete, and at the slightest doubt, the support team responded very quickly.

Cons

I haven't found any negative things so far, all doubts were resolved and the experience is adequate.

Great product, excellent customer service. They continue to add features and improve the product. It gives an incentive to our user to continue educating themselves toward new badges and certificates

Pros

It solves a market need, does it conveniently, effortlessly, and for free. Now we can have a clear and updated track of all our training participants.

Cons

Nothing in particular at this time. We had some early needs, but the POK team improved the product over time and addressed our needs

With POK we finally solved a long lasting problem we had, that is to overcome the difficulties of setting up Open edX certificates and giving high quality PDF certificates to all our customers.

Pros

We've integrated POK into all our Open edX sites and simplified certificate generation 100%. If you have an Open edX site and you are worried because: 1) out of the box certificate template is not acceptable, 2) there is no PDF download option, 3) customizing your template is a nightmare, 4) certificates are not portable out of the site, 5) other options are hard to integrate; then you should consider POK. In addition, NFT and LinkedIn integration add a huge value to your LMS.

Cons

At the beginning it was hard to build the integration but now that we built a Tutor plugin it is much easier.

Once I got in touch with them, I first tried the free version and then switched to the NFT version. I was able to easily negotiate the price, and they gave me a much better deal than the market rate. As I started using it, I began to notice the unique features it offers.

Pros

POK is very easy to use, highly intuitive, user-friendly, and it’s integrated with all LMS and CRM platforms, especially Moodle, which I personally use. It’s also much cheaper than the rest, even though it’s the only one that works with NFTs

Cons

It was difficult for me to get in touch with them, and it took me some effort to get an appointment for help with the integration. They really need to improve that.

Muy buena, muy customizable, con gran soporte. transparente: la plataforma es 100% gratuita para usar y solo se paga por la emisión de credenciales, sin cobros ocultos

Pros

Lo que me encanta de POK – Proof of Knowledge es que lleva las credenciales digitales al siguiente nivel: NFTs reales en blockchain pública, sin atajos ni marketing vacío. Ofrece propiedad total al usuario (la credencial queda en su wallet), cumple estándares globales

Cons

Lo único a mejorar en POK – Proof of Knowledge no está en su propuesta de valor (sólida y diferencial), sino en factores que impulsarían su adopción: mayor visibilidad global fuera de LATAM y más educación del mercado sobre el concepto de “NFT de credenciales”, aún poco comprendido.

Altamente recomendable. Fácil de usar. En un contexto donde la identidad digital en educación y trabajo está fragmentada, POK ofrece una solución confiable y segura. Su enfoque en credenciales digitales verificables combate la falsificación de diplomas y facilita la conexión entre educación y empleo.

Pros

Lo que más me gusta de POK es que realmente pone al usuario en el centro, dándole propiedad real de sus credenciales digitales mediante NFTs en blockchain pública. Además, cumple con todos los estándares internacionales, tiene un modelo justo y transparente (sin costos ocultos), y se integra fácilmente con múltiples plataformas. Me parece muy valioso que combine innovación con seguridad, interoperabilidad y liderazgo en la región.

Cons

Lo que menos me gusta de POK son aspectos relacionados con su alcance y visibilidad. Aunque es líder en América Latina, todavía carece de reconocimiento global frente a competidores como Credly o Accredible, principalmente por falta de marketing internacional. Además, el concepto de NFTs para credenciales no está bien entendido aún, y falta más material educativo claro para las instituciones.

I've been using POK for about a year, and I can confirm two things: Every question or concern is promptly addressed and heard. The improvement cycle is very fast. Using the platform means discovering new features regularly. The team listens to suggestions and feature requests, and some of the ones i've sent have already been implemented.

Pros

I discovered POK through one of the institutions I work with, and soon noticed it being used more widely. Once I started using it, I understood why. POK takes digital credentials beyond the traditional by using NFTs on public blockchains, giving users true ownership with credentials stored in their own wallets. Its interoperability is excellent, complying with ELM, OpenBadge 3.0, and other standards that simplify integration. Issuing credentials is straightforward, and we integrated it with our LMS in no time.

Cons

Although i've been recommending POK since i started using it, unfortunately they lacks the visibility of some its competitors, though not due to an inferior product. Initially, it can be confusing to understand how they use NFT technology and the value it adds, as the term has been associated with areas far from education
