We’ve had a great experience with this kennel software for managing our boarding and daycare business. It’s very user friendly, easy to train staff on, and makes booking reservations, invoices, payments, and the customer portal simple for both employees and clients.

Pros

User friendly, intuitive booking process, streamlined invoicing and payments, easy-to-use customer portal, and outstanding client support.

Cons

The main improvement we’d like to see is better occupancy and reporting metrics to help track trends and capacity more effectively.
