ProBuilt ERP just works. It is clear, easy to use, and it keeps my business organized. Having more than one form open at once is a big difference compared to other programs I have tried. Pros ProBuilt ERP makes it easy for me to keep track of invoices and expenses without getting lost in the system. I like that I can have more than one thing open at the same time, like sending an invoice while checking past payments. It saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate how the menu actually makes sense. It is very straightforward and it has really cool toolbar menus that I use constantly. I rarely even use the side navigation menu much at all. Cons I cannot think of any negatives I have experienced with the software at all. The onboarding process was great and they gave my small company the attention I needed. Instead of making you click through one page at a time, it actually lets you move fast and stay in control. The flexibility of multiple windows makes most tasks way easier to manage. Honestly, it’s a total game-changer for running a business, and I’d say it’s definitely worth checking out. Pros What I like most about ProBuilt ERP is the ability to multitask with floating forms just like a desktop app. I can open invoices, bills, and reports at the same time, keep them all active, and move between them instantly without losing my place. That ability alone saves enormous time, I can have a report open at the same time as I am creating a journal entry using the data from the report. No need to print the report or click back and forth to remember the figures. Cons If you aren’t used to desktop apps, there’s a short adjustment period simply because no other online system works this way. But once you see how useful it is to have multiple forms open in the same browser window, you won’t ever want to go back. Of course, if you are used to working in desktop apps you will instantly feel at home.
