Esto ya quedó resuelto: el sistema ahora consulta el estatus directamente al SAT y actualiza la cancelación fiscal sin que tengas que volver a solicitarla. Ya no deberías ver ese paso extra. Llevo casi tres años utilizando la plataforma y mi relación con ella comenzó cuando facturaba como persona física. Durante este tiempo he podido utilizar diferentes herramientas para la operación de mi negocio, principalmente facturación y control de inventarios, además de las funciones relacionadas con ventas, compras y cuentas por cobrar. Lo que considero más significativo es que mi confianza en la plataforma fue creciendo con el tiempo. Tanto así que, cuando decidí reactivar una Persona Moral, en lugar de buscar otra solución, incorporé inmediatamente la nueva empresa a docDigitales. Para mí, esa decisión representa la mejor prueba de satisfacción: no solamente continué utilizando la plataforma, sino que decidí llevar también una nueva operación empresarial a ella. En el día a día, contar con una herramienta que centraliza información, facilita la facturación y ayuda a mantener un mejor control de inventarios y de la operación administrativa representa una ventaja importante para cualquier Pyme. Después de casi tres años, considero que docDigitales ha sido una buena herramienta para profesionalizar y ordenar mi operación. La recomiendo especialmente a empresarios y Pymes que buscan algo más que simplemente emitir facturas y quieren tener un mayor control de su negocio y de esta manera concentrarte en lo importante: hacer crecer tu negocio. Pros Lo que más me ha gustado de docDigitales es que combina facilidad de uso, funcionalidad y control administrativo en una misma plataforma. Comencé utilizándola para mi facturación como persona física y, conforme fui conociendo sus herramientas, particularmente el control de inventarios, ventas, compras y cuentas por cobrar, se convirtió en una herramienta importante para la operación de mi negocio. También valoro mucho que sea una plataforma en la nube, porque puedo consultar y administrar la información de mi empresa sin depender de estar físicamente en una computadora específica. Pero quizá la mejor referencia que puedo dar es que, después de casi tres años de utilizarla como persona física, decidí reactivar una Persona Moral y la incorporé inmediatamente a docDigitales. No tuve necesidad de buscar otra alternativa porque ya tenía la confianza y la experiencia de trabajar con la plataforma. También considero muy importante el servicio y la atención que he recibido. Para un empresario, contar con un equipo que pueda apoyarte cuando surge una duda o necesitas resolver algún tema es prácticamente tan importante como las funciones del software.
