The relief comes from having everything centralized. I don’t have to chase team members or dig through separate systems because everything lives in one place. We’ve been using Third Floor for two years. Before that, we tried Jungo briefly, but it was really just a basic tool for storing contact info and past rates, it didn’t help us move applications efficiently at all.

Pros

The biggest advantage of Third Floor for us has been how smoothly our custom workflow runs automatically. When a client starts an application, they’re immediately moved into an “application started” stage, and we can send reminders or updates directly through Third Floor. Once documents are uploaded, the file shifts to “docs uploaded,” and then to “ready for setup.” It’s cut down on so much back-and-forth emailing, it’s a huge time-saver.

Cons

Not much to speak of at the moment. So far, I've been very happy with the product. Tons of customization options, but also easy to get started right out of the gate.
