Excellent, the customer service offered by the onboarding team is an attribute that adds great value to this product offering. The product is well engineered has great functionality and is easy to use.

Pros

The software package user interface is intuitive, and easy to use. Internal processes and functionality are well designed and follow a holistic approach, covering the complete product lifestyle.

Cons

Some minor lag issues with loading content. This can make manual data entry slow, however the onboarding team were happy to bulk upload content for us.
