Our overall experience has been very positive. MyDesk has made visitor handling more efficient, reduced manual work at reception and created a better first impression for guests. The platform is easy for visitors to use, and receptionists can quickly see who is expected, who has arrived and who has checked out.

Pros

We chose MyDesk Guest Registration because we wanted to replace printed visitor badges with reusable E-ink guest cards. It gives our visitors a more modern and professional experience, while also reducing paper waste and manual work at reception. The digital guest cards are easy to update and clearly show the visitor’s name, company, host and visit information.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. Some initial setup and customization was needed to match our visitor flow, but the onboarding and support team helped us get everything configured correctly.

Poor support and flexibility. Askcody seemed old compared to MyDesk and we liked the option to get digital visitor cards instead of print.
