Our experience with QuickIntell has been outstanding. The onboarding was seamless, the support team highly responsive, and the automation delivered measurable results within weeks.

Pros

QuickIntell’s AI RCM cut our A/R days from 48 to 29 in 60 days. Support is responsive and onboarding was smooth. Their scribe helps us out with transcription, capturing patient information which helped increase patient care.

Cons

Nothing that we can come up with currently. The integration and onboarding was pretty simplified and support from team was also good.

Our overall experience with QuickIntell has been excellent. Onboarding was smooth, support is responsive, and the automation delivered measurable results within weeks. We’ve seen faster posting, fewer denials, and more efficiency across our team. It’s become a trusted part of our daily operations.

Pros

The EOB→ERA automation is incredibly accurate and the OpenEMR integration was seamless. Within days we saw faster posting and fewer denials without extra training.

Cons

There’s a slight learning curve at first because of the many features, but once we got familiar, it actually became a strength.
