Expérience très positive, logiciel utilisé par l'ensemble des équipes du Groupe, permettant de centraliser toute notre base documentaire et de communiquer en limitant les mails

\-facilité d'utilisation (côtés Administrateur et Utilisateur) -ergonomie générale -évolutions possibles

Cons

\-pas de possibilité de visionner un document .pdf dans l'application tablette ou smartphone (obligation de télécharger le document et de sortir de l'appli pour le télécharger)

L'utilisation est très simple et fluide, en cas de question on trouve toujours un petit tuto qui peux nous aider et notre formation de base est très complète

Pros

La communication des informations est désormais grandement simplifiée grâce à Seenaps. Le pilotage du réseau est plus simple et on découvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités régulièrement, qui nous sont très utiles.

Cons

Les modèles de pages ne laissent pas assez de liberté, on préfère donc souvent faire des visuels sur Canva pour les intégrer ensuite dans Seenaps. La plateforme nous laisse la possibilité de mettre nos PDF en prévisualisation, ce qui nous dispense de devoir télécharger le document pour le voir, ce qui est très pratique dans notre cas.

\- mise à disposition d'une plateforme de tickets pour des questions / bugs / demandes d'amélioration - rapidité de réponse et disponibilité des interlocuteurs - mise à jour régulière avec des nouvelles fonctionnalités présentées par mail et sur la plateforme - facilité de prise en main

Cons

\- module de rédaction d'article / d'actualité peu flexible et nécessitant une première prise en main parfois longue et laborieuse - manque de personnalisation sur certains mots de vocabulaire

Pros

Seenaps a de multiples possibilités et il est donc amplement paramétrable à souhait - on peut donc bien l'adapter à son besoin, ainsi qu'à son image de marque. Il répond à plusieurs problématiques rencontrées - gestion de projets, ticketing, tâches internes, drive ... et permet de tout centraliser en un endroit. L'accompagnement de Seenaps est également un facteur important de notre réussite, l'équipe ayant été à l'écoute de nos objectifs et force de proposition.

Cons

UX - l'utilisation n'est pas très intuitive au début, il faut s'y faire et sans accompagnement on peut vite être perdu.
