NOA ha sido una herramienta clave para profesionalizar mis procesos. Antes llevaba las cotizaciones y seguimiento de clientes de manera manual, lo que me hacía perder tiempo y oportunidades. Ahora, en cuestión de minutos puedo enviar cotizaciones, organizar servicios y dar seguimiento a todo el equipo. La atención al cliente también es excelente: siempre están disponibles para resolver dudas y agregar nuevas funciones.

Pros

Me encanta lo intuitiva que es la plataforma. NOA centraliza toda la gestión de clientes, cotizaciones y servicios, lo que ha hecho que mi negocio sea mucho más organizado. La integración con WhatsApp y las notificaciones automáticas nos ahorran tiempo y evitan errores. Además, el diseño es sencillo, limpio y fácil de usar, incluso para personas que no están familiarizadas con la tecnología.

Cons

Hasta ahora, no he tenido mayores inconvenientes. Tal vez podría haber más opciones de personalización en los reportes y gráficos, pero el equipo está en constante mejora y escucha sugerencias.
