Pros Roundtable allowed us to structure a clean and compliant investment vehicle to open a real estate deal to investors who could not meet our usual minimum ticket. The platform made it easy to group 15–20 investors into a single SPV while outsourcing onboarding, KYC, legal structuring, voting, and long-term administration. Everything is handled digitally, which saved significant internal time and resources and allowed us to focus on asset management and value creation.
