It's been a close relationship. Salus is small enough that you can meet most of the staff fairly quickly. This helps you as a customer as you know who to reach out to for whatever issues you might have. Also, the Salus team has an understanding of your use case so your support is more effective than it might be otherwise. We've deployed in one setting and anticipate rolling out to two more use case areas in 2026. The team on the ground likes the tool quite a bit and we are beginning to roll out to folks who work in the various municipalities and others who provide social services to make the solution as holistic as possible.

Pros

Flexibility, ease of use and security. We use Salus to understand the experiences of refugees as they reintegrate into their home villages. As donor's change, monitoring and evaluation requirements evolve. It's super easy to adjust our forms to meet those requirements. Privacy of program participant information is paramount. Salus allows us to restrict access to sensitive information by user and role.

Cons

It's not a super deep bench of support folks at Salus. On the other hand, you get to know each other pretty quickly so there is that personal touch which is nice.
