Overall, our experience was very positive. As noted in the “cons,” we were one of the first U.S.-based companies to go live with GenetiQ, which presented some initial challenges. However, the GenetiQ team provided outstanding support throughout the process and remained highly responsive in ensuring our needs were met.

Pros

GenetiQ is highly flexible and customizable, which allowed us to tailor the platform to fit our specific business needs. The level of data and visibility it provides has been extremely valuable and will continue to support us in effectively managing our business.

Cons

Being we were one of the 1st US based companies to go live on GenetiQ there were some hiccups in the conversions

The overall experience with GenetiQ team has been very positive. Their system is user-friendly, efficient and easily adaptable to individual needs. Customer support is highly responsive and very friendly resolving issues quickly and providing clear guidance to help prevent future problems. The company demonstrates professionalism, reliability and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pros

What i liked about GenetIQ was the ease of use and the ability to customise it to suit individual preferences. Additionally the system deliver quick and responsive performance making it highly efficient to work with. The customer support is excellent, providing quick response to any issues. They also take the time to explain solutions clearly, enabling users to handle similar situations independently in the future. Any bugs or issues are addressed promptly, ensuring that their impact is kept to a minimum. Defiantly 10/10

Cons

There was very little i disliked about GenetIQ, initially the layout was a bit challenging to navigate, but once i became familiar with it, i grew to really appreciate and enjoy using it with ease.
