I really felt that I could ask anything and make requirements which where then promptly sent for review and approval. Unlike other SaaS companies, you don't feel like you are in a 'take it or leave it' situation and you have a real person to talk to. Pros I like the design, ease of implementation and the prompt and friendly support & sales staff. This is very useful especially when you work in legal & compliance - the people from Whistlelink can easily respond to compliance requirements. Cons Right now I don't have any negative feedback.
