It replaced a couple of other tools we were paying for separately, which was a nice bonus. Would recommend to anyone running a remote or hybrid team. Pros Really easy to get going with. I manage a team of 23 agents and Modge makes it simple for me and my managers to see who's working on what — hours logged, idle time, productivity trends, all in one dashboard. The weekly productivity score gives me a quick read on the team without digging through timesheets. I've tried a bunch of other time tracking tools before this one and Modge is the first that actually stuck for us. Cons Not much to complain about so far honestly. It showed me which agents were not working efficiently and staying idle for long periods of time so that was unfortunate. Not just the basic dashboard with titles. True thought out interface which matches with your management style. Onboarding was simple, and integration is easy with there API. For us, Modge was the first platform that truly brought the entire business together. Pros Modge allows seamless overview of all virtual staff.It takes monitoring software to another level. We didn't realize how efficiency we were missing out on.The biggest difference is visibility. Without Modge, it’s hard to truly know whether your team is operating at its fullest potential. Now we have far more clarity, accountability, and confidence in day to day performance. Cons no dislikes at the moment. Although, one concern is system rigidness. we've dealt the softwares that can adapt to change in the past.
