It was way more challenging than I expected. Designing the banner, installing it across every page, making sure it actually worked with Google Tag Manager. I almost hired someone to do it. Then I found GetTerms. In less than 10 minutes, I had everything set up and working across my entire site. Just one script pasted into my site settings and it auto-applied to every page. Google Tag Manager integration was seamless, no issues at all. I also had a question about my account and the support team got back to me in under 24 hours. That kind of responsiveness gives me real confidence in the product. If I was able to do this (with the help of an AI assistant), anybody can. Highly recommend. Pros It was real easy to setup and get everything connected and actually working on all my pages. I was also able to connect it to GTM without any issues. Cons I do not dislike anything about it, it made my life easy! I had one inquiry about my account adn the team got back to me in just a few hours. Configurar todos los textos legales es muy fácil y te ahorra muchísimo tiempo. El soporte responde bien y el proceso completo resulta cómodo y fluido. Muy recomendable. Pros GetTerms es muy fácil e intuitivo de configurar. En pocos minutos puedes generar y personalizar todos los textos legales que necesitas: Cookie Consent Banner & Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, App Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy completa o incluso la Returns Policy. Todo está muy bien organizado y es sencillo de adaptar a tu web. Cons De momento no he encontrado ninguna desventaja. Great customer service... relatively easy to use... I assume well managed compliance wise.... Do I really know about the cookie, website, or privacy management? No, but I assume so. I'm busy and overwhelmed. I have to trust at this point that I'm cared for. I sure feel like I am! Pros This service is for peace of mind. I love that I can embed the information in my website so it updates automatically. I don't have to think about it. Let's be honest, there's enough other things to think about. Great customer service, too. I had to request a change for the name... which they did the next day. Such a relief!! I will say it was a bit fiddly to get the embed code to "work"... until I found out it took a couple minutes for the terms to connect and then populate the embed window. (at least it was for me in Squarespace). Just a heads up for that. Not their fault... nature of the Internet. If you are looking for a reliable consent partner, GetTerms is a nice option. Cons There is no option to easily style the consent modals to match the visual part of your site. The script could be a bit more minimized.
