Pros I've been using Loop for our insurance reporting, and it has completely changed the way I work. Loop is incredibly easy to navigate, even when I'm on site, which makes entering information and completing reports quick and straightforward. Everything I need is in one place, making it simple to capture all the required details without missing anything. Since being introduced to Loop, I've noticed a huge improvement in my efficiency. The reporting process is much faster, more organised, and far less stressful than it used to be. Especially when it comes to project management. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has streamlined the way we plan, track, and deliver work. On top of that, the team at Loop Logics are fantastic to deal with, always helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to supporting us and improving the system. Pros It allows us to review live data through our dashboards rather than manually pulling reports which is time consuming. Loop has streamlined the way we plan, track, and deliver work. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and fits seamlessly into our day to day workflow. The software has been seamless once onboarded and we haven't experienced any issues. I would highly recommend it to any builder / service provider looking to improve efficiencies in their job management. Pros Loop has been unbelievable for our business. The efficiencies created across the group and ease of use have allowed us to continue to scale with the knowledge that our Job Management Software will not only keep up but continue to improve our processes through technological advancements in Automated processing and AI. Cons I didn't like that we had to change some of our processes initially as a business for it to work with the Loop Logics system. Not big changes but Loop is the product and we had to amend some of our processes to get the most out of the system. This meant some additional training internally. Switched from [CoreLogic Restoration CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/191107/Luxor-CRM/) It was actually Prime Ecosystem we switched from but that wasn't an option above. The Loop Logics system was just much better. It was new and the efficiencies created would be in excess of 50% per staff member. We are now 40% larger with a smaller workforce. These other alternatives were great in certain areas but we not the complete system. None of them had AI built in like Loop did and you could see the efficiencies for each staff member in front of your eyes. This was chewing up valuable time and resources, I knew there was a better way but I just had to find the right system for the stage of our business. Right from the start from receiving an initial contact from \[sensitive content hidden\] to talking with \[sensitive content hidden\] over the phone his professionalism and easy going communication drew me in and made me feel comfortable talking about what we were after and how LOOP could assist. We instantly felt part of a team. This progressed to a video meeting and demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\] where again the customer service was outstanding, we genuinely felt like the team wanted to work with us and find solutions to our challenges. There was no pushy sales pitches or hassling just genuine support and information to help us make the right decision. At the time we were considering another full time employee position however, since implementing LOOP we have been able to scale our business without any additional staff. Our system and operations are more organised and efficient since implementing LOOP. Less double handling information, working across multiple platforms and improved storage of information and sharing of information to clients and sub contractors. The customer service has continued throughout our time with LOOP wherever we have questions or need something built in the background of LOOP. Our queries are always responded to promptly and \[sensitive content hidden\] as well as the support team provide prompt solutions while always taking onboard feedback and recommendation for future updates. Pros The customer service and initial implementation/onboarding process is outstanding. Loop has all the parts of a construction management system that we require to run our business front to back. Cons Some basic procedures in our business are sometimes difficult to implement due to the limitations of the system. Syncing between Xero and Loop could be improved to sync across contact information automatically.
