Honestly our experience has been nothing short of great. When I reached out about my new restaurant, they met with me in person to go over exactly what I needed and have continued to adapt their software to reflect our suggestions, we truly feel part of their growth as they are with ours.

Pros

Their quick response to any questions or concerns that come up is unparalleled. The team truly makes us feel part of the company and takes extra interest in our work, something most other companies fall short on.

Cons

It would be a bit easier if more companies were using this program so it was even easier to navigate for users from familiarity, but we realize it takes time to get the name out!
