Simply the best product feed management software I've come across. Polished design, serious depth, and genuinely useful AI optimization all sit together in one tool. The usage based pricing tied to parent level product count is a great idea, since spend stays in line with what you actually need. It's part of my daily routine now and I'd recommend it without hesitation to anyone who takes feed management seriously.

Pros

What stands out most is how much you can do in one place. The interface is clean and well thought out, and the depth of functionality is impressive. The AI side is my favorite part, you can plug in whichever model you prefer, whether that's OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or another, and have your feed optimized automatically at scale. The pricing approach is refreshing as well, as far as I know it's the only platform that bases cost on parent level product count and charges per use, which means you're never paying for capacity you don't touch.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, honestly. I've used it daily for a while now and haven't run into a missing feature or anything I'd want done differently.

Reasons for choosing Feedoptimise

A few things set it apart for me. The pricing model was the biggest factor, as it charges based on parent level product count on a pay per use basis, so I only pay for what I actually use rather than a flat fee regardless of usage. I also like that it offers a managed service on top of the self serve platform, so you can work however suits you, hands on or hands off. That flexibility was rarer than I expected among the options I looked at, with most leaning fully one way or the other. On top of that, the AI optimization is more flexible than what I saw elsewhere, since I can connect whichever model I prefer, whether that's OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or another, and run optimizations at scale. The breadth of tools and the quality of the design also made it feel like the more capable, better thought out option overall.

My overall experience with Feedoptimise has been extremely positive, mainly because it directly translates into better performance results Thanks to continuous A/B testing on product data (titles, attributes, images), I’ve been able to systematically improve campaign performance over time. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to combine labels and structure campaigns in a way that allows them to run almost on autopilot. This approach gave me full control over scaling, segmentation, and optimization without constant manual work. I’ve even described this model in my own case studies and included it in my e-commerce thesis, because of how effective and repeatable it is. For me, it’s not just a feed tool — it’s a core system for managing and scaling performance marketing.

Pros

What I like most about Feedoptimise is that it goes far beyond standard feed management. It’s not just about optimizing product titles or attributes — it becomes a central tool for scaling and controlling performance campaigns. The biggest advantages for me: Dynamic rules engine – I can build advanced logic to automatically adjust product data based on performance, margins, or campaign strategy AI capabilities – enable fast A/B testing across titles, descriptions, and even images, which significantly improves iteration speed Campaign-driven approach – instead of “just a feed,” I can structure data to match how campaigns actually scale in Google Ads or Meta Flexibility & control – I’m able to test, deploy, and refine changes across large product sets without manual work In practice, it’s become a core part of my workflow. Every client I work with uses Feedoptimise, because it directly impacts performance, testing velocity, and scalability.

Cons

When I started, I wasn’t entirely sure how to approach the setup or where to begin. However, for me this isn’t really a downside — it’s more a result of how powerful and flexible the platform is. Once you understand how it works, it becomes a huge advantage rather than a limitation.

My overall experience has been fantastic. From smooth implementation to daily usage, Feed Optimise has exceeded my expectations. Once everything is set up, it requires minimal maintenance. Weekly check-ins are usually enough. The platform is reliable, feature-rich, and backed by a team that truly listens to its users. I highly recommend it.

Pros

Feed Optimise stands out for its ease of use, responsive support, and flexibility. I was able to understand the platform within a week and confidently manage over 50 feeds across 10+ sources within a few months. The customer service is exceptional. Responses often come within minutes. I also appreciate how regularly new features are added and how open the team is to implementing custom functionality quickly.

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that the platform’s depth of features might feel overwhelming at first, but the onboarding and support team make the learning curve manageable.
