I was able to add links for multiple stores and companies, and the tool does a good job surfacing common topics and recurring issues in customer feedback. That said, I couldn’t export the topic summaries, and the lack of automated alerts is a limitation. Pros Being able to see customer comments from different social networks all in one place was very helpful, especially when managing feedback across multiple stores and brands. Cons It would be helpful if the platform sent alerts when satisfaction levels drop or spike unexpectedly.
