The platform is easy to use, well designed and clearly built with martial arts schools in mind. It has made managing our members, payments, attendance, communication and general administration much more straightforward, saving us valuable time and giving us a clearer overview of the business. For other martial arts school owners, FightKit can help reduce admin, improve organisation, keep better track of members and payments, and make it easier to manage growth without everything becoming overwhelming. Having key information in one place also makes it easier to make informed business decisions and deliver a more professional experience to members. The onboarding and ongoing support have also been excellent. The team are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping their clients succeed. FightKit has been a very worthwhile move for our organisation, and we would happily recommend it to other martial arts school owenrs. Pros It is straightforward and practical to use. The system feels designed with martial arts schools in mind, rather than being a generic CRM adapted afterwards. It makes managing members, payments, attendance and communication much easier, while giving a clear overview of the business. Cons The only drawback is that some areas of the system still feel like they are in development and could benefit from more flexibility and customisation. That said, the FightKit team are very responsive to feedback and regularly make improvements, so it feels more like a growing platform than an actual concern. It doesn't matter if you're a small studio or a large studio, you need FightKit. They constantly keep me informed of what they are doing. Pros I had tried other martial arts studio CRM applications and found them too difficult to navigate. For a tech guy to say that...says a lot. With FightKit, I was able to quickly add my classes, my kids, my teachers, etc. When I did have a question, the support team was quick to answer. I spent several weeks kicking the tires before I committed to FightKit. No looking back now! Cons What do I least like? I guess that would be messaging and automation.
