Pros

Good onboarding, and account manger was very helpful, I do think better training could be given to the end users and contractors.

Cons

The amount of spreadsheets can be slightly confusing when setting up the system, and I don't think external contractors get much help

Whilst the system is very user friendly, there are elements that need addressing to make it better, namely reporting, and its mobile formatting

Pros

very user friendly in terms of easy access around the system. Logging of order requests and visibility of job updates are easy for teams

Cons

doesn't work very well in mobile format. Has system glitches which our contractors are still having to overcome. Reporting side needs a major overhaul. Still having issues with notifications about emergency jobs which are critical to monitoring business needs

Very intuitive to use. Takes very little training to teach someone how to use all the features available.

Cons

Can be a bit finicky on mobile usage. Unsure whether there is a mobile app available but the webpage doesn't resize buttons accordingly on occasion.

I was accustomed to using Xero and was familiar with that accounting package however have to admit there wasn't much of a learning curve here given how much it resembles that and that just made my life easier so thank you for all the support and help

Pros

Very user friendly and the user interface is smooth like using an apple App The fact that everything at at your disposal with easier navigation just improves the experience

Cons

I think the live support option would've been perfect and also i sometimes i have to work on foreign entities and if there's tax implications were incorporated in the software that would just made it perfect

Very good. Would recommend to other friends and colleagues in the same industry. Have used other platforms in the past but this is the best!

Great functions, Amazing customer service and guides available. Lots of reports to choose from. Stock system very informative

Cons

Mobile site could be better, could be faster. Would like it of other functions were available at no extra cost

Access Maintain Evo has been a valuable addition to our business. It has improved visibility of maintenance tasks, helped keep sites compliant, and given us greater control over planned and reactive maintenance. A reliable system backed by good customer support.

Pros

Easy to use system that has helped us improve maintenance management across multiple sites. The reporting is clear, tasks are easy to track, and the support team have been responsive whenever we've needed assistance.

Cons

Like any new system, there was a learning curve during implementation, but once the team became familiar with it, day-to-day use was straightforward.

Its is going good to be honest. Some time it having a lag which caused us an issue.its take time to load as well.

Pros

Easy user interface, easy to understand. Everything in on clicks. The new AI feature seems great too.

Cons

Sometimeva bit slower and its didn’t update real time. Have to refresh multieple timenfor the accurate results.

On the whole it is easy to use and very easy to train to junior managers. I have used it in multiple jobs and have always found it useful.

Pros

To be able to see costs of jobs is helpful and view all jobs easily, to see alternat contractors if needed.

Cons

Things can get a little bit lost at times with quotes and PMV's. On the whole it is all rectifiable if this happens so not too much of a problem.
