Our overall experience with NextKick has been very positive. It has simplified many of our daily administrative tasks and helped our school stay organized. Having attendance, billing, communication, and scheduling all in one platform has saved us time and allowed us to focus more on teaching our students.

Pros

NextKick is very intuitive and brings attendance, billing, scheduling, messaging, and student management together in one place. The software is easy for our staff to learn, and the customer support team has always been responsive, fast and helpful whenever we've needed assistance.

Cons

We haven't experienced any major issues so far. Like any new software, there was a short learning curve during onboarding, but the support team made the data migration and transition smooth and answered our questions quickly throughout the process.

We were looking for a platform that was easier to learn and more intuitive for our staff. We also wanted lower overall costs, as our previous system had high monthly subscription fees in addition to expensive payment processing fees. Another important factor was customer support—we were looking for a team that was fast, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with whenever we had questions. NextKick even has a built in Face ID feature which checks in the students in seconds without the masters and I having to do much work. One of our favorite features is NextKick's built-in Face ID check-in. It allows students to check themselves in within seconds, which saves our instructors and myself time and reduces the amount of administrative work our staff has to do at the front desk.

I was a user since the very beginning. The school where I worked was the "guinea pig", as it were. Response time and customer service has always been fast even when the program itself wasn't working properly in the beginning! Now after a couple years it's really developed into a dependable, powerful, and easy to use software. I've used several others extensively (Kicksite, SPARK, and AMS) and honestly I'd recommend MAS9 over all of them for its price, features, and user experience!

Pros

Great program and amazing customer service. You can call and actually talk to a person to answer any questions. If you want a feature, you can let them know and sometimes it can be added as fast as overnight. The testing certificates and feedback system and the member app stand out from other companies!

Cons

Since things are updating so fast, sometimes it's hard to keep track of new features and systems. I know I'll be grateful in the long run though!

Spark is VERY powerful and customizable, but the user experience is clunky and confusing. It was also hard to modify agreements before setting them up. MAS9 is much more streamlined and intuitive. Kicksite looks great and the tiered pricing is nice, but from what I remember there were certain things that I didn't like (lack of connectivity between different systems; can't easily see more than 10 recent attendances on a student's profile). I held a grudge against ATLAS ever since I realized it exported finance information as PDF documents instead of CSV or Excel files. This was never changed. Also it felt very clunky.

I have never dealt with a software company that cares as much as the owner does. I cant reccommend them enough.

Pros

The new feature being consistanly added. The merchant processing rates are awesome. and the customer service from mas9 staff and owner are next level.

Cons

For all intent and purpose there is nothing I do not like as of now with mas9. they have meet all expectations.

Pros

Super responsive! Not only do I get to talk to REAL human support, but my issues/feedback are implemented within a few hours to days. Also, they support both korean and english customer support in case you prefer to speak in korean.

Cons

Nothing for now - keep up the great work! Now, I'm waiting for the scheduling feature to drop for more flexible class attendance tracking.
